Peppermint Cookies

- 1 pkg. melting chocolate
- 1 box Ritz crackers
- 1 T. peppermint extract
Slowly melt chocolate in microwave. Add peppermint extract and remelt chocolate. Coat Ritz crackers with chocolate and let set. Best when served frozen, just like girl scout cookies. |
