• 1 med. pork loin
• 1 bottle Italian dressing
• 1 c. chicken broth
• 2 lg. jars apricot jam
• 4 T. soy sauce

Marinate pork loin in Italian dressing in a large ziploc bag overnight. Bake 5-5 1/2 hours at 350° or put in crock pot. Mix broth, jam and soy sauce together and bring to boil. Pour half of glaze over sliced pork loin and bake 30 minutes longer. Use extra glaze to pour over meat before serving or alongside loin.
