California residents add 7.75% state and local sales tax to your order.

• 2-3 lbs fresh brussels sprouts
• 1 Tbl olive oil
• 1 Tsp butter
• 3 Slices crispy bacon
• Salt & Pepper

Remove stems and slice brussels sprouts in half, then chop finely. Place olive oil and butter into pan add brussels sprouts when pan is just hot and saute until desired tenderness. Season with salt and pepper and crumble bacon on top before serving.
