Red Devil Mexican Dip

- 1 can re-fried beans
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
- 1 pkg. Mexican blend shredded
- Any spicy pepper, chopped (adjust for cheese hotness)
Blend cream cheese, peppers (if used) and sour cream in a mixing bowl. In a 9 x 9 baking dish layer re-fried beans, cheese mixture, salsa and shreddedcheese. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Serve with tortilla or pita chips. |
