Description: The Canadian County Master Gardeners are trained volunteers to help the Oklahoma State University county extension office meet the demands for consumer horticulture information.

Funds raised support: Master Gardening is becoming a popular volunteer activity that gives its participants a sense of community spirit, accomplishment, and intellectual stimulation.

Cost: $10.00
plus $6.00 S/H per book.

• 1 can chopped green chiles - drained
• 1 lg. can black olives - drained and finely chopped
• 5 - 6 fresh tomatoes - chopped
• 1/2 bunch green onions - chopped
• 4 T. salad oil
• 3 T. vinegar
• 1 tsp. garlic salt
• cilantro - fresh minced
• salt and pepper - to taste
• 4 jalapenos (opt.) - finely chopped

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Chill in airtight container for at least two hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
