Key Lime Cake

- 1 box lemon supreme cake mix
- 1 (3.4 oz) pkg, instant lemon pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Grease and flour a 9x13 pan. Combine the cake mix, instant pudding, eggs, water, lime juice and vegetable oil. Mix for 2 minutes. Pour into the prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool the cake. Then combine the remaining 1/4 cup lime juice and the powdered sugar and drizzle over the cake. Cut into squares and serve. |
